I got this heels last night at the Payless Shoe-Source Mahkota Prade Malacca!! and I am absolutely in love with this shoe! The Favorite shop to be, my size can be 5' or 6' depends on the design of the shoes, so its easier for me just to be at 1 particular section( save the time!!! from 2 hours to 1 hour just to get 1 pair of shoe/heels. =P   

This is hilarious!!!! after i purchase the heels i bump to this book at the next store!!!

Teeth Scaling -- Once in 6 Month

Assalamualaikum,
Tahu kah anda Scaling means ‘scraping away.’ You can scale old food, tartar, or even a fish bone caught under the gum. we usually scale teeth to remove tartar atau pon orang panggil "Karang Gigi"

We get tartar when the coating of germs on our teeth (p. 50) becomes hard.eeeuuuwwww

Gums that press against tartar become sore and infected. Scaling a person’s teeth gives infected gums a chance to become normal again.Weeee go Scaling!!!!!!!!!

However, gums remain healthy only when we keep the teeth beside them clean. If we are not careful about cleaning our teeth after they are scaled, tartar will soon return. Instead of being healthy, the gums will become sore and infected again. huuuhhuh. So its VERY important to take care of our teeth and make sure nobody fainted because of your breath.hihi

And the reason why i'm sharing this is because today i went to Zahida Dental ,Sec 8 Shah Alam for teeth scaling!!, before nie selalu buat kat tempat lain tapi SAKIT SANGAT!!! siap i terangkat kaki la and  mengalir air mata.uhuhuk..So dari rumah siap pk nk melancong tempat lain dari buat scaling ea. pas2 sebab pk gigi nk pakai lame, gagah kan jugak la,


Sampai 630pm, tempat die cozy sgt . pandai die buat tempat relax sangat before treatment.hahaha
Than da masuk bilik treatment, malu nk bukak mulut besar2 hahaha.. takot sume ad. siap kat tangan pegang tisu coz takot nangis lagi. bile doc start. AHHHHHHH!!!! fuuhhhhhh TAK SAKIT LANGSUNG. pandai  die buat + mesra alam ..weeeee im so coming again to Zahida Dental.

Treatment kejap je less than 30 minit da habis and i ad cakap x sakit langsung??? hihii, 

Pas2 after that i saja belik2 board dalam clinic 2 and consider on wearing Braces la!!! hihih doc pn ad suggest coz ad gigi terabur weyh!!! i pn cam 50-50 nk pakai .yela  jadi gigi besi for at least 2 years.cne nk kahwin nanti.hahahah

KIDZANIA why must now ????

Eeeiiii rase cam xpuas hati je . knapa xde Kidzania when we are kidz.. untung la budak2 zaman sekarang kecik2 da jadi Doctor,Polis, Lawyer,CSI, Pilot etc and more surprisingly you can be everything only in one day!!! weyyy luckily taw korang kat kidzania xde paper work or report macam real job. if not nightmare~!!

Back 2 Kidzania, last school holiday, excited plan nk g kidzania on Monday . school holiday kan rugi g on weekand ..so demi adik2 y comel moh la kite (sebenar nyer i la excited dari diorg ok)!!!
Sangat geram adult can just stay outside, see trough the glass..as if we r not exist!!! Jeles2 pn best jugak coz tgk bdk2 comel pakai uniform and beria la buat kerja btul2 ..eeeee rase nk tarik je pipi budak2 kat Kidzania .sape suh comel sgt.hahaha

Hi, Entry kali nie abt sweet sweet sweet & sweets. before 2 kan nk admit yang  i mmg taksub/obsess gan sweet !! Chocolate Cake, Cheeeseeeee Cake, cup cake ,chocolate Bar, Starbucks, Baskin Robin, Hagen Diaz, Koko Kruch. Ya Allah, i sanggup er drive jauh2 or n most satisfy buat sendiri nk memuaskan mulut y never stop craving on sweets. (trok da penyakit begini)

Berperang dengan diri sendiri

Than one day i gatal2 timbang berat . Hambek kau !!!!!!!

Than start la my journey on goggling the health!! dan bermula la AWARENESS on taking the sugar/sweet in your food.  

Effect taking too much sugar :

Preve' Motorcade

Hi its been more than 2 months after the Preve' launching and i just posted on this event!!! Sorry!! shame on you cik naj.

Entry kali nie Preve'!!

Having the AMAZING experience for joining the Preve' motorcade. manyak2 terima kasih pada Bos y baik hati melepaskan hari berkerja ku selama 5 hari berjalan merentasi semenanjung malaysia dengan escort abg2 Polis y sgt COOL, ( di bawa macam anak sultan) and Marshall y lembut ayunan tangan dari penari. hahahah and most valuable experience for driving the Preve' ( gile max try all out the drive tp xkena saman coz ad abg polis.muahahaha ) .

Pagi 2 dengan sume muka sememeh sebab last nite bz gan Preve' Launcing kat Mines! dapat baju, and dapat Preve'!! woot2 day 1 i got to drive with gorges Kumuthini ( watch her at Bernama every weekand.hahaha sory kumu. bcoz you so gorges i must promote you and became superstar.hihi)

1st destination, Sri Pentas TV3 for the MHI program, telling the world, eh Malaysia je pn, that we are driving the Preve' cross the peninsular to test the Preve' in all drive mode, interior and etc.

Start Sri Pentas - Ampang - Serawang - Plentong - Kuantan - Bahau - Dungun - Kuala Terengganu - Kota Bahru - Grik ( Awesome road to test a car ) - Alor Setar - Penang - Ipoh - Ampang - auwww hbs sudey.
