Favorite Sweets - Limit your portion !!

Assalamualaikum,
Hi, Entry kali nie abt sweet sweet sweet & sweets. before 2 kan nk admit yang  i mmg taksub/obsess gan sweet !! Chocolate Cake, Cheeeseeeee Cake, cup cake ,chocolate Bar, Starbucks, Baskin Robin, Hagen Diaz, Koko Kruch. Ya Allah, i sanggup er drive jauh2 or n most satisfy buat sendiri nk memuaskan mulut y never stop craving on sweets. (trok da penyakit begini)

Berperang dengan diri sendiri
Than one day i gatal2 timbang berat . Hambek kau !!!!!!!

Saje xnk letak gambar sendiri coz muke terkejut i lg worst kot.hahaha
Than start la my journey on goggling the health!! dan bermula la AWARENESS on taking the sugar/sweet in your food.  

Effect taking too much sugar :
  1. Definitely Dietetics - Must avoid bcoz my family pn ad y kena so the % sgt sgt la BESAR.
  2. Face facts: Too much sugar can cause wrinkles - wow this is too much!!
  3. Sugar can suppress your immune system.
  4. Sugar reduces the body’s ability to defend against bacterial infection.
  5. Sugar causes a decline in tissue elasticity and function – the more sugar you eat, the more elasticity and function you loss
  6. Sugar can lead to ovarian cancer.(aduh this is serious issue)
  7. Sugar can cause premature aging
  8. Sugar can cause tooth decay.
  9. Sugar can lead to obesity
  10. Sugar can cause gastric or duodenal ulcers.
  11. Sugar can cause gallstones. (PLZ avoid this)
  12. Sugar can cause heart disease.
  13. AND MORE & MORE.
  14. Memang taubat da wajib jaga permakanan anda!
